No. PeopleLensAI is deliberately designed to support human judgement, not replace it. The AI prepares the structure, transcribes the conversation, summarises what was said, and scores candidates against your evaluation criteria — but its scoring is based strictly on what the candidate actually said and did in the interview. If a topic was never asked about, it is reported as a coverage gap for the interviewer rather than held against the candidate. Interviewers can review every AI conclusion against the transcript and regenerate the summary with their own feedback. The hiring decision always stays with your team.
